FREE TRAININGS

Do you offer free trainings all the time?


Yes. We provide free training in Research and Financial management.




How do I register for a free online training?


We provide a button on our home page for registration. On our home page, click the button titled “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR OUR COURSES”, search through the course categories for the free training and click on the book now button attached to the free training. Follow the steps by filling in the booking form and you will be booked.




Do you offer E-Certificates for all your free trainings?


At the moment, we provide E-Certificate for our free trainings at a cost of $9 per training.




Do you offer training materials to all participants after your free trainings?


At the moment, we provide training materials and E-Certificate at a cost of $9 per free training for interested participants.




What is the difference between your free and paid trainings?


Our free trainings are non-interactive, usually 60 minutes in duration & offer training materials and E-certification at a cost of $9.

Our paid trainings are interactive, offer E-certification alongside other training materials and are usually at least 90 minutes - 4 hours in duration.




What benefits do I get from attending your free training?


Our free trainings provide participants with knowledge from internationally recognized experts in various thematic areas. Click here to view our past trainings videos.

However, participants that require an E-certificate and training materials after our free training(s) will be required to pay $9.

When do you operate?


We are open to business on Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm (GMT) and Saturday between the hours of 8.00am – 4.00pm (GMT).

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?


At the moment, we accept Debit/Credit card payments and Apple pay for international participants as well as Mobile Money payments for participants in Ghana and direct bank transfer, USSD,Visa QR for participants in Nigeria.




Can I pay in my local currency?


Yes. At the moment, payment can be made in either USD $, Nigerian Naira or Ghana Cedis.

Participants in Nigeria and Ghana who wish to pay in their local currencies should select Manual Payments at checkout.

However, for participants from other countries paying in USD $, once you click the pay button, your bank will transfer the dollar equivalent of your local currency.




Must I make payments immediately?


Yes. To ensure you get details to your desired trainings, it is recommended that you make your payments immediately.





REFUNDS

How do I demand for a refund after multiple payments for the same training?


We honour chargebacks from multiple payment for the same training. Kindly send us an email admin@tlrconsult.com




Can I demand a refund after the training?


At the moment, one of the conditions in our terms and conditions states that you are not entitled to a refund before or after the service has been delivered. You can view our terms and conditions here.

BOOKINGS/REGISTRATIONS

How do I book/register for a training?


We provide a button on our home page for registration. On our home page, click the button titled “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR OUR COURSES” , search through the course categories for the training course(s) you are interested in booking and click on the book now button. Follow the steps and you will be booked.




Can I book/register now and pay after the event?


NO. At the moment, only participants that registered and paid for our paid events get to attend.




Can I book/register at an earlier date and pay later before the event?


NO. At the moment, your booking/registration is only confirmed once you pay for the event.




Can I book/ register for multiple trainings all at once?


Yes. You can book/register for multiple trainings all at once.




Can I cancel my booking/registration at any time?


At the moment, we do not provide for refunds once the payment has been verified.




Where can I access the course details for a training after registration?


We provide a confirmation email immediately upon booking/registration of our courses. Check your email inbox (primary, promotion, social or spam folders) for an email from the firm with the training details. If you however do not receive any email after 24 hours contact us immediately via email admin@tlrconsult.com or phone/WhatsApp on +233 59 466 9746

When should I expect to receive the training course details after registering?

How long after the training will I get my training materials/certificate?


We provide training materials and E-certificates to your email at most 3 working days after the training.




Where can I go to collect my training certificate?


We provide training materials and E-certificates to your email mailbox at most 3 working days after the training.
